I bought this bed to replace a 6 yr old Sealy mattress. It arrived really quick (it was shipped from my home state) to Wenzel's credit they shipped it the first buisness day after the order. The bed it self measured about an inch more in width once 350 lbs worth of people were laying on top. Very comfortable. The bed can be placed at a multitude of position's. I found it to be the perfect platform for reading, watching Tv or playing an Xbox game. Sleeping on it has been nice to! The firmness control( while simple in design ) works well. It may not meet a "Sleep#" bed's design, but from what I have read they are very expensive and for sub $200 this is a super bed. As part of my original plan, I also bought a memory foam topper and pillow's. The combo with this bed is un-beatable and Wenzel should consider selling Memory foam as part of a package. I got a Sealy 3lb density 2in foam with pillows and kept it under $300 for the whole package including shipping. The bed holds the foam in place perfectly and to it's credit still makes perfect use of the elevation feature's. I wrote this review from my new bed and couldn't be more comfortable.
